Those who have wish but cannot afford it. 
Muktir Bandhan Foundation has fulfilled the 
wishes of some such disabled and helpless people. 
They have brought them to St. Martin's, Cox's Bazar, 
which they have only heard about but were not able to go to in there lifetime.
